Description:The B & B is on the second floor of a 14th century building (sorry but there is no lift), one of a series of houses built by the Cathedral Chapter in about 1380 to accommodate poor workers in the wake of the 1378 Ciompi revolt. (Lots of modifications and rennovations have been carried out since then though!). Plenty of heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer. Bookings for the Uffizi and Accademia Art Galleries made free of charge. Informed suggestions on what to see and do in and around Florence.
